Phased Reopening of Schools

On Sunday 10th May, the Primary Minister stated that schools would be reopening from 1st June on a gradual, phased return. At Southfield, we have worked to ensure all government guidance is followed in order to reopen school when it is safe to do so.

 

Below, we will provide links for parents to be able to access the latest government guidance.

School Closure Announcement

School will be closed from Monday 23rd March until further notice for all but the must vulnerable children and those who have a parent who is defined as a critical worker, where required. 

On the 2nd March 2020, the Department for Education launched a new helpline to answer questions about COVID-19 related to education. Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline as follows:

Opening hours: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
