Our Nursery

Start your child's learning journey with us, a school where learning comes to life!

Children develop learning and skills both indoors and outside at our fantastic Nursery, with access to extensive, high quality resources. Children are taught by our experienced nursery staff who are then able to support with transition into the main school.

We have spaces for all 3 and 4 year olds for 15 hours per week. We also accept children where families are entitled to 30 hours of free childcare. Email us with your child's name and date of birth and we'll add them to our list and contact you closer to the time that your child turns three. We'll then be able to arrange a start date as soon as you would like after your child's third birthday.

When is the Nursery available?

Our Nursery is available for 38 weeks per year throughout term time. Sessions timings are as follows:

Morning sessions are 8.45am until 11.45am (children can be dropped from 8.30am)

Afternoon sessions are 12.15pm until 3.15pm (children can be collected up to 3.30pm)

See below for information about Breakfast and After School Club hours and costs. We have childcare available from 7.45am until 5.30pm.

15 hours free childcare

All families in England with children aged 3 or 4 are entitled to 15 hours of FREE childcare. We can be flexible in how families choose to use these hours within term time and would be happy to discuss this with you.

30 hours free childcare

Working families in England are entitled to 30 hours of FREE childcare. Click the link below to see if you are entitled to a 30 hour code and then let us know and we'll discuss the options available to you in our Nursery as well as through our Breakfast and After School Club provision.

To be entitled you, and any partner, must each expect to earn (on average) at least £142 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage). If you, or your partner, are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave, or you're unable to work because you are disabled or have caring responsibilities, you could still be eligible. You can get 30 hours free childcare at the same time as claiming Universal Credit, tax credits, childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare. However, you can't get 30 hours free childcare if either you, or your partner, each individually expect to earn £100,000 or more.

To keep your 30 hours free childcare place you need to check your details are up to date every 3 months.

Are there any additional costs?

All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours of FREE childcare, and some families may be entitled to 30 hours of FREE childcare.

Our costs are as follows:

The hourly rate is £4.50 per hour

If your child attends for 15 hours but you would like an extra session, this would cost £15.75
