Explorer Day - 23rd October 2020
To end this half term's Explorer topic, Year 2 had a fabulous day taking part in lots of different activities including orienteering, completing puzzles, investigating flags and map reading.
The Man on the Moon - 21st September 2020
To support children with developing their writing skills, we use Pie Corbett's Talk 4 Writing process throughout the school. This involves children learning a story, including actions, which they can then use to support their own independent writing. We hope you like the story that children in Year 2 have been learning.

The Space Race - 11th September 2020
Year 2 have had a Sensational Start to their Explorers topic. They’ve been building rockets to replicate the famous Space Race between the Soviet Union and the USA in the 1950s! Thank you for sending in plastic bottles to help them out.
