Staff from across the schools meet up to share good practice and also organise a range of events for children to take part in developing friendship and shared values.
Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children have been competing with each other in school to see who really knows their times tables ready for this week's competition with schools from across the West Area Partnership. Well done to our Year 3 and 4 team who came third in the competition. Keep practising those times tables everyone!
Some very lucky children from Key Stage 2 went to Pirton Hill Primary School today along with children from across the West Area Partnership to take part in a Team Building event. Children learned a range of new skills, made new friends and showed our value of Teamwork. Well done everyone!
Some of our children from Early Years and Key Stage 1 enjoyed a Team Building experience with other schools from across the West Area Partnership at Pirton Hill Primary School today. Mike Harwin from 'Adventures Into' worked with some children from the High Schools from across the partnership, and they in turn led some exciting activities with our youngest children. We are sure that everyone made some new friends while they showed the values of teamwork, friendship and cooperation.
Following class competitions in school and an exciting whole school final, we took a team to take part in a Spelling Bee against other schools in the West Area Partnership today. The children who took part represented the school really well and had to spell some very challenging words as part of the competition. Everyone did really well showing determination, resilience and teamwork. A special congratulations to Ayaan who won a medal.
