Amazing Maths - 31st January 2019
Children in Key Stage 1 have been been having a fantastic week of mathematical measuring fun. They measured the playground, made paper aeroplanes and measured how far they could throw them. They have also measured out the ingredients to make play dough which they then used to create their own numbers. They particularly enjoyed today where they had to make 'truth serum' and 'invisibility potion' to help Miss Pollard catch the thief who keeps stealing biscuits from her drawer!

Gunpowder Mills visit - 1st and 2nd November 2018
Our Key Stage 1 pupils visited the Gunpowder Mills to find out more about Guy Fawkes as part of their topic 'Fire and Ice'. They all had a brilliant time finding out about cooking, writing, and also re-enacting the events. We look forward to seeing how the children apply their learning back at school.
Thank you to everyone who came along to our coffee morning on Tuesday 18th September - the children performed brilliantly and staff were able to share what we are covering over the course of the year. You also helped us to raise lots of money for Macmillan Cancer Care!
